how many dumps a day is normal. I'm in the middle of a gain phase, and I take at least 3 "healthy" shits a day. Is this normal?
Diet: 3500cals (prot/carbs/fat --> 40/30/30)
The dumps are solid. Its not like I've got the runs or anything. Should I be worried?
