get this b*tchy attitude out of my system I may just blow up....
The past 8 weeks of dieting have been cake and getting ready for my show this time around has been a lot easier than last year, in fact I even learned how to not allow retarded comments to get to me... You know that ones like "So do you think your ready" , "How much do you press" "do you work out", "what do you eat to look like that", "Your going to win this year I just know it", "So did you start carb depleting yet?", " You must not eat any carbs", " I could never do what you do" " Do you get money for this?"....................aaaaaaaaarggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... I hate it when they stop me in the middle of my workout or cardio session!!!!!.... As I get closer and get leaner now people at the gym suddenly want to be your best pal... and you want to say is get f*ck out of my face jerkoff!!!!! I hate it when the old nasty men look @ my ass when I am training legs...I hate it when people see me supersetting with another machine and decide to use that f*cking machine!!!! WTF is wrong with these people!!!! I Think if anymore gym franchises open up we need to have one for SERIOUS people only, you know competitors or fitness/bb models!!!!!!....
I am sorry that this is a long ass post but all I have eaten today is broccoli, chicken & almonds and its only day 2 of low carbing.... (which is the worst for me usually by day 3 my body adjusts to feeling like garbage).... So who ever reads this post thank you for lending me your eyes & ears!!!!! I promise I am not always like this!!!!!
Okay Now I am going to the gym to train legs and so that my trainer can KICK MY A$$... .why you may ask??? BECAUSE I LOVE IT LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
