this is my diet
alright...i've been playin around with some stuff and this is what i'm gonna do....first....

i'm 5'8 214, bodyfat unknown but not good. i have a caliper on the way so i'll post it when i get it in.

214 x 12 = 2568 - 500 = 2068 cals/day.

my schedule is crazy so i have really long days...i go to college full time and work full time at night so i have time for alot of meals. here's what i'm doin...

calories/protein/carbs/fat

breakfast: 6 egg whites, 1 yolk
2 slices of turkey bacon
192/28/3/6

break b/w classes: turk/ham/cheese/sand
370/36/32/8

post workout: chicken breast sandwich
280/34/26/3

1st break at work: tuna sandwich
212.5/20/25/2.5

lunch at work: turk/ham/cheese/sand
370/36/32/8

2nd break at work: tuna sand.
212.5/20/25/2.5

after work: turk/ham/cheese/sand
370/36/32/8
before bed: turk/ham/cheese/sand
370/36/32/8

totals: 2007/210/175/38

alright...all these sandwiches are on whole wheat bread. i know everybody's first reaction is gonna be "get rid of the bread". but it's not gonna happen. with my hectic schedule it's just really convenient to be able to throw some stuff on the bread in the morning and bring it with me for later in the day. i've ordered some protein so when it comes in i'm gonna replace the last sandwich before bed with a big protein shake. i do realize that i shouldn't have the carbs that close to bedtime.

anybody got any thoughts on this?

210 isn't enough protein to keep my muscle? i don't know if i should have mentioned that my goal is fat loss...not getting any bigger yet...also i'm about to start a sustanon, deca, t3 cycle so that'll help hopefully

I'd make sure that the cheese you're eating is low fat. Since you said you're ordering some protein, I'd take that as a post workout meal, with some carbs, instead of the chicken. You also stated that you're going to take some before bedtime....it wouldn't be in the best interest if you get some casien, so you can digest the protein slowly while you're sleeping. I'm not sure what your goals are but if you're trying to bulk....you need more protein and carbs....if you're just trying to maintain or loose fat the protein and carbs look good. Other than that...I'd say it looks pretty good, just try to cut the bread out ( I know your'e going to) as soon as possible.

yeah, the cheese i'm using is fat free. and the mayo i'm mixing w/ the tuna is lowfat. i'm definately not trying to bulk...just lose fat. i'll try to worry about adding muscle when i trim up.
