This diet is killing me

Past two weeks been cutting out all "non clean food" and it is really showing up in my workout Been stuck at at same weights for two weeks in a row, cant seem to get all reps on last set. anyway I thought I was eating enough but I used the food calculator on www.fitday.com and was very surprised to see I was eating less than 1800 cals per day. I have been eating mostly protein, Chicken tuna shakes etc but they dont add up many calories..I am thinking to throw in a couple of bagels and maybe some rice for a bit more cals..
 
definately, put them in earlier in the day though if fat loss/prevention is a goal, as the carbs arent that good for you at night when youre at rest.
 
even if fat loss is a goal, don't forget that carbs are necessary for repair and growth after a workout. so if you workout in the evening, dont neglect the carbs.
 
i have the perfect way to lose weight...

go tanning and have lots and LOTS of sex... i swear, i went tanning 4 times a week and did the dirty 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks and i lost 10 pounds:) but now i gained back 5:(

oh well
