Past two weeks been cutting out all "non clean food" and it is really showing up in my workout Been stuck at at same weights for two weeks in a row, cant seem to get all reps on last set. anyway I thought I was eating enough but I used the food calculator on www.fitday.com and was very surprised to see I was eating less than 1800 cals per day. I have been eating mostly protein, Chicken tuna shakes etc but they dont add up many calories..I am thinking to throw in a couple of bagels and maybe some rice for a bit more cals..
