wait for what?... reaching some arbitrary amount of bodyweight? why take the stairs when you can take the elevator...
keep it simple and remember that diet and training will dictate your results... either you do right or dont, also keep in mind that the faster gained, the faster lost if not properly maintained...
good luck with your cycle...
29/5'9/150. New to working out and new to AAS. Gonna run test cyp 400mg a week for 10/wks. Pros and cons of this? I know everyone says wait but just don't see why

I'm in for this train wreck....Glad people like Moya are doing the responsible thing and giving good advice...rofl.
so you have been a member here for a year and are new to working out?
Alright Tone, if you are going to run it no matter what go ahead and list out your cycle, cycle sups, ai, and PCT.

like others have said your loss most of your mass your gain on cycle as its too early plus you run the risk of getting hurt as well.def not worth it to run it so early
.honestly you can adjust your diet and trainning and gain the newbie 10 to 15lbs anyway right off the bat in a month or 2.
by then your body should be in half way decent shape to cycle if you must but I'd at least wait 6 months to a year before running anything.trust me when your diet and training are in order your gain like your on aas and it will blow your mind.at what you think you needed to be on in order to gain the weight and power you wanted.

You need at least 4-5 yrs hard training.
Imagine a Cake
it could be a 3- or 5 layer cake (thats your foundation) depending how you want to be.
after that you may add iceing
you will waste your entire cycle learning how to workout, diet, and you will spend all of it being sore.
you have no conditioning or muscle memory to work with. so it will be a waste.
also when you come off roids you will 99% quit on the gym, i guarantee it. you will lose your motivation. seen it happen a zillion times.
Speaking of serms.. Does anybody know when s4 will be back in stock at unique? Cant wait lol

lmao, i smell a troll
the OP isn't a troll.. he asked almost the same thing back in sept. i guess now he really really wants to juice. but i don't know what he has been doing since sept.. had he followed what i told him with the bulking and workout in my signature for the past 6 months he wouldn't still be 150 pounds.

not sure which is worse--a troll or world's worst and laziest procrastinator who then wants instant results

Kind of a double edged sword with this one.
OP: what are you taking for pct? Do you have any ai's on hand? Adex or something of the sort?
You realize at 150 youve barely given yourself a base.. When your off cycle you can and will lose all gains and just fuck up your test levels. Nothing worse than having no nuts, ED and being 150 and depressed. You need to do your research on diet, eat more before you take aas. How long have you been working out? Your body won't be able to handle the newfound strength and you'll hurt yourself and look like a tool. This whole I'm cycling anyways attitude is ridiculous, the guys on here are literally going to make you cry. And hopefully step up your diet and realize your making a stupid mistake
good point.. the problem is guys use steroids as a motivational tool to hit the gym. then when they come off they quit again.
OP: if you aren't motivated off steroids, then don't even bother to run them.
its like an NFL pro athlete who walks in on game day but during the week doesn't study film, show up at meetings, learn from the coaches, or practice.
its why guys like Ryan Leaf who are considered the most talented guy in the draft end up being busts but guys like Tom Brady turn into MVP's.

Build your "cake" first![]()
they asked Ryan Leaf what he would do after he signed his rookie contract he said "I'm going to vegas to party"
they asked Manning the same question he said "i'm gonna get to the facility and meet the coaches and learn the playbook and study tape"
last i heard Leaf was arrested for burglary and Manning just signed a 96M dollar contract. so its up to the OP which direction he wants to take. he can either go the Ryan Leaf route or the Manning route
also Leaf actually pulled his hamstring and was on the ground in agony after not even being touched in a game, he ran for a first down and slid and managed to pull his hamstring. that is bad conditioning pure and simple. and thats what will happen when you go into a cycle with bad conditioning. you will either be sore all cycle or you will hurt yourself doing the simplest things.
