Thinking of getting a Bowflex..???

I no longer seem to have time to get to the gym, since I started a new job. It's the distance that is the trouble. So, I have been thinking of getting the new Bowflex machine. Do any of you have one? If so, do you get great results with it?
Any advice will be apprecited.

I have one, its great for workng the muscles from different angles that you cannot get from Machines or free weights!
Bear in mind that it will not replaceFree iron when it comes to putting on mass!

I have the Select Tech dumbells. Pretty good quality stuff and good for dumbell workouts when you don't feel like going to the gym.

when i first read the title of this thread i was ready to post the :rainbow: smiley, but i see you already did it for me ;)

you should do promotional videos for them, be like "i got this jacked from using the crossbow..."
could help with the bb'ing bills...

I work in the industry and have a friend who works for bowflex as well. He himself will tell you bowflex is shit. You want the best homegym out there you need a Vectra. Those can range from $2,500-$10,000. You want a smaller footprint $1,500 range gym get a X-Press from BodyCraft. All the other $1,500 gyms can't compare, trust me. 2 main differences are the free floating cable arms which allows for multiple excersices you can do off to the side, and the cables on the press that when hooked up will double the weight of the stack. It can also be purchased with an optional leg press.

I'm not a fan of quick fix machines.. I think it really for only for ppl new to fitness
