Thinking of "Gearing" up...

I've been a member over a year now to these boards and I have accrued a ton of great info. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my body and my workouts but I wanted to get some opinions on whether or not it would be a good idea to do a cycle to add some kick to my overall gains.
I hope this doesn't run out to long but I want to give you all an accurate view of my history and where I'm currently at. Regardless, I realize the final decision will ultimately be mine but I have already learned so much on these boards that I value the opinions given here. With that said, on to my history and stats.
1 - Age: 35 years old
2 - Lifting History: Athletics through college, very active, weight training for over 20 years, been a certified personal trainer, spin instructor for over 15 years (ACE, AFAA)
3 - Height: 6'
4 - Weight: 208 lbs
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...): Usually I carry about 10-12% but after a shoulder surgery and broken ribs at the beginning of this year, my weight shot up to 230lbs and my BF was approx 20%. At this moment it's approx 14-16%
6 - Diet: After the injuries, my current diet consists of the usual proteins, carbs, vegetables. I do need to add more quality calories and more meals per day. I have cut out nearly all sugars and processed foods. This helped tremendously in dropping from 230 to 208lbs. The only supps I'm currently taking are BCAA's (pre, during, post workout), multi-vits, and muscle milk for extra calories.
7 - Goals: I do like my weight to be around 212. I haven't done the exact calculations but I need to drop at least 6-8% BF. I'll my my girlfriend take some camera shots to show where I'm at now for a visual soon
8 - Proposed cycle (To show that you've at least done a little homework.)
I've done 3 cycles in my life between the ages of 22-25. To be honest, I had great gains and loved every minute while juiced. I didn't do anything overboard and had my doctor follow up with my bloodtests. The three cycles consisted of Sustanon 250, Deca, and Primobolan. As you can already guess, I used exclusively Mexican brands. The reason for this was I lived in Tucson AZ and gear was pretty simple to get. It's a little tougher to come by now here in CA but I will manage if need be. I had hardly any side effects. No gyno, hair loss, etc. Maybe a little aggression but nothing serious. My first 12 week cycle gained me close to 35lbs of quality muscle. Unfortunately, I had a pretty serious shoulder injury and I lost most of it. The next two cycles were nearly as good but didn't match the first. The most I ever weighed (besides the fat 230) was a ripped 225 at about 4% BF.

Basically what I would like to get opinions on are: Am I too old to be considering a decent muscle-building stack? Should I concentrate more on a cutting cycle? Do the side-effects get worse as you get older? Any particular steroids that are highly recommended? If I choose to do this I think my most available gear will be the same choices of Mexican gear. Any other things I should be watching out for now that I'm older?
