Just wondering why thermogenesis is a sign that the body is burning fat...
I know that fat is burnt optimally at higher temperatures, but why? Is it because the burning of such an energy rich source contributes to a higher overall waste of chemical energy as heat?
Furthermore, how does ECA/speed raise the body temp, and how does this contribute to fat loss (besides raising heart rate)?
