225 +/- up about 5 lbs from summer...i feel crappy, though...need to tweak my diet a bit...been kinda weak lately...i've been eating a bit more...of the wrong things :(

when i stray too far from my core diet and i stay that way for i while, i really start to feel like shit...i'm very close to that "shit point" right now...i gotta tighten things back up again...it used to be that when i bulked back up in the fall, i would feel awesome until about new years, when all the excess calories started to catch up with me...now, heck, a few weeks of abuse and i feel like dog shit...back in my cage i go :(
 
I am still trying to get to that 250 mark to take it back down to 225 to 220. I tren'ed down to 215 this summer and looked amazing, I even got an erection when I looked in the mirror, but my trainer /partner still says I will look my best at a flat 200. But my lower body will never allow me to weigh that if it is as full and large as its capable of being.

not at all...you're bigger than me and several inches shorter...and 220 to 230 is about all i can carry and not start looking like a lard ass...and for the record, right now i'm just cruisin' on my doctor-prescribed 200mg of ceep each week.

DId you know that Sust contains some prop ester and thats why I shot the 250mgs I pin it two times to get a lil right now fire power, I mean if I wasn't natural thats how I would do it.
