Hi from a noob. Not new to bbing.
First off the stickies are SUPURB! Loved the Shadow Project. Great info, been reading for at least an hour. Thanks for all of the time that you have spent compiling a wealth of info.
Everybody is different so some products may not work for one but do for another so my question is about why you gurus think might work well for my situation.
I am 5'0", 111, 10%bf. I stay around 14-16% in off season. I've been cutting up with ONLY a diet, cardio & training-no sups. I am almost always striated in abs & shoulders so that is awsome but it's my booty that just won't tighten up. Getting tired of fighting the estrogen so please help if you can. Frankly fed up.
Here's what I am thinking; Thermorexin, Glucorell R, Cygenx and Yohimbine HCL. You should know that I have only done the eca with little results.
It seems in the past, I have do 2hr cardio sessions split in two in order to get bf to 8% with out any sups. I need a boost, I'm getting really tired of not being able to get the soft fat off my back side and thighs, it makes me sick to think of how much I diet and cardio and not see the bf come off any easier.
I'd be happy to post my diet, cardio if you think it would help but I can tell you it looks extremely similar to the shadow project (dieting for 3mo) AND I have slowly gone down to 1100 cals (150/50/30ish). It is getting waaaaaay too hard to keep doing this AND not see results. I can't do HIIT with the low cals like this, I need some help girls. I have recently increased my cals back up to 1300 (all clean-1 cheat day) so that I can HIIT & incline for 45min X5-6 days/wk.
You think that it is possible to get passed this plateau?? Frustrated. Thanks for your help.
