The Rate at which the esters in Sustanon Release

Can someone tell me how long it takes each of the Test. esters in sustanon to release the test into the system. I am trying to calculate how much test will be actually in my system at any one time. Thank you.

The prop and phenylprop are released in about 4 days.

The isocaproate about 2 weeks and the decanoate in about 4 weeks.

I am currently using 500mg/wk.

So your first and second week you'll only have 180mg of Test in your system each week. Not very much.

By the third and fourth week you'll be getting 300mg of Test for each of those weeks. Still not very much but a little better.

From the fifth week on you should be getting the full 500mg/wk released into your system. That's why it takes so damn long to see results from Sust.

If I use Sust again I'm going to inject it EOD. I'll probably just stick with Cyp or Enanthate.

Here we go again..

If a steroid has half life of a week, that doesnt mean it wont start working for one week.. It means that after one week, 1/2 of the steroid will have been de-esterified and excreted, the other 500mg will remain in ester form. Then after 2 weeks, 250 will remain in ester form and 250mg will have been de-esterified and excreted. etc, etc,,

It is bullshit to say that the longer esters don't "release" until two weeks or whatever. They "release" the second after you inject them... Albeit very slowly.
