I've done dbol before but they were in 5mg tabs so it was easy to space out and dose. I was unable to get that version this time and instead could only get 50mg capsules. I've searched all over and I see the general consensus is to take it 1-2 hrs prior to training. My question is, is this best for me? I dont make the gym until 5pm. At a dose of 50mgs, if the dosage is legit, I dont want to run into sleep issues taking it so late in the day. Thoughts? Also on the weekends I go at 10am so do I want to change the dosage time and would that matter?
