The question asked a million times: Dbol timing

Hi all,

I've done dbol before but they were in 5mg tabs so it was easy to space out and dose. I was unable to get that version this time and instead could only get 50mg capsules. I've searched all over and I see the general consensus is to take it 1-2 hrs prior to training. My question is, is this best for me? I dont make the gym until 5pm. At a dose of 50mgs, if the dosage is legit, I dont want to run into sleep issues taking it so late in the day. Thoughts? Also on the weekends I go at 10am so do I want to change the dosage time and would that matter?

And as a side note, I also take Adderall so Im not sure if that has any effect on dbol timing. I wasn't on Adderall last time I did dbol. I take it at 6am ever morning.
 
Well I took it yesterday at 1pm and felt great all the way up to 6pm. Randomly I started to feel loopy, chest tightness as if I was having anxiety or stress issues, and just wanted to lay down. I know it effects blood pressure but would I have these sides this soon? Last time I used Dbol I only ran 30mgs ED. If its the dbol and doing this that soon, I'm stopping it.

Last time something like this happened it was when I was on tren e and test e. I went to the ER bc the pain and tightness was insane and they ran blood work 3 times, hooked me up to an EKG, and did all sorts of tests to conclude it was stress related. At the time I was very stressed but now I'm not.
 
Do you think its placebo that you might of felt great because you know the dianabol is in your system? You would also think that its clearing your system a few hours later because of the question you asked. That could of caused anxiety? Play it on the safe side because you don't want to end up stressing yourself too much. I personally would not want dianabol 1 dose at 50mg and would want my dose spread even throughout the day.
 
Since they are capsules I read some people open and split them and others recommend you don't. Thoughts?

I still have some tightness this morning. Nothing nearly as bad. I think me constantly thinking about it only causes my anxiety to heighten which then makes the tension worse.
 
In your case just take it 1-2hrs pre-workout. This will benefit you a lot. If you had 10mg tablets you could split up throughout the day but with the 50mg caps its not worth it to try to do that.
 
Ok, I've decided to discontinue the dbol. I was really looking forward to jumpstarting my test e cycle with it but the sides are unbearable. This morning I woke up with back pain, very dizzy, lightheaded, and my chest being tight. My BP must be all jacked up. Since its a capsule I dont think I want to mess with opening each one to lessen the amount consumed at once or to split it up. I did open the capsule for yesterday's dose and emptied maybe 10-20mgs out of it, took it on a full stomach, and still feel absolutely horrible. I guess I just can't handle dbol anymore.

That could be a bad product too. Do you know what was used as the filler in the capsules? Sometimes people use health supplements as the filler and it disagrees with people.
