I know some people are still using the old 'Organon fitness' room, however since Mac has this a sticky and to avoid comfusion I've started this new 'Elitefitness bodybuilding buddies' room. The welcome message asks that elitefitness and triedia members be given a hammer on entery.

There should'nt be a problem loggin in here.
Note; if there's only one host and he doesn't appear to be at the screen try calling him in 'whisper' mode. He'll get a blue flashing icon on his tool bar to attract his/her attention.
