While you're on CKD, does it matter if you do cardio in the morning (since you're dipping into the adipose stores anyway)? I know under normal circumstances cardio is optimal first thing in the morning for fat loss.
that is one thing i never really could understand; doing cardio first thing in the morning for fat loss...wouldn't it make more sense for the body to dip into the amino pool for energy after a 8 - 10 hour fast? seems to me that unpon rising your cortisol level would be at its highest (with the exception of post workout) IMO the only you need to do in the morning is eat!!!
