Me and Chamb took a day off work today and traveled up to Elite Fitness in London, OH. We needed to pick up so items and were just praying our bench shirts came in. Low and behold - they were!!!

We had measured our shoulder circumfrence to determine the size to order. I was a 42 and Chamb was a 52. They had ordered us several sizes to try - we each ended up with a 44 and 54 respectively.

I put mine on and I cannot even imagine how much weight I will have to have on the bar for it to touch. We will definately be trying them out this weekend.

I will post the workout in my training thread. Strength be with us!!!

Sweet news....I got in my frantz double canvas and my metal deadlifter on Thursday and I had to get surgery on Friday. I will be out of commission for about a month so I have to just sit and stare at the gear.

Let me know how the metal shirts are. Wnt2 loves his!

Don't you love the gym setup they have there sis? I was amazed with the fatbar. We walked back there to try some suits on and an open closet was in my view filled with shirts and suits......It was like a dream come true. Very cool hidden store it is. We went in there when we were at the Arnold this year.

Yeah - it is cool back in the compound. The closet was were Dave pulled out a couple shirts for us to try to work in that Sunday we benched up there (~ month or so ago.) The fatbar is cool. I would love to garner one of those power racks for our gym..."Damn thee 4-inch spaced J-Hook Squat Racks..Damn you all!!!!"
