I came across this page the other day and wanted to share it with you. It's a blog but it has countless links to various video logs and articles on very relevant and recent information to the fitness/ competition industry.
The blog itself is called the IIFYM Directory, which is "If it fits in your macros" style of eating. That is another nutritional movement, if you will, of people who count macros and micronutrients vs calories (although they all lead to the same destination). People consider it to be a more flexible style of eating. It would be there with "clean eating" or "intermittent fasting" or any of those other styles of nutrition.
Anyway...it's a great resource with a lot of great links!
