The five people you meet in heaven

by Mitch Albom.

I just started reading the book this afternoon and it's a pretty good read. It's premise is that after you die that you go back to a certain place in your life and five people that you have interacted with help you understand your life. It's not a long read, just 196 pages, but it is good.

The sportswriter?

Yeah, but it's not about an athlete. It's about an old man who dies and he meets five people from his life who explain his life to him so that he understands why things happened.

Does everyone meet the same 5 people?

Nope. The concept is that you meet five people who made a difference in your life. You might have never even met them in life. In the book one of the people he meets is the lady who's husband built the amusement park where this man worked. Even though they never met in life she made an impact on his life with the amusement park that was named after her, plus there was a little twist thrown in.

I have the book on order from the library.

I hope it gives more details on the primise etc as is normal with books/movies. I feel I missed something with the 5th little girl dialog.
