the first real cycle ....inputs required by veteran's

atlast....this is what i can call a real cycle as i have done 2 stupid cycles b4 which people think were not gud at all...though i got gud hardness with then...being an athlete i hac run var 20 mg a day for 1 month and winny tabs for 15 mg a day before my running practice..just what the coach told me..neway....also i have low normal test levels 450 ng/ml and i am predisposed to gyno)got sore nipples with just 20 mg var and 15 mg wistrol tabs,gees)also i already had a gyno surgery done onge .i had huge lumps when in puberty...i have been reading how deca only is bad and lot of progesterone related side effects and limp dick problem...my local coach here in india recommnds starting 50 mg deca and up the dose to 400 slowly over a ten week period.no test he says.i know its bad thats y i want advice..my sex life is average..i am not a sex animal and never was....have lost a lot of mmuscle (10 kgs)because of running and other activities(30 km cycling).....i have access to almost everything here in india..no prescription..i can get deca organon,infar..sustanon organon..test enanthate,cypionate ,propionate ,winstrol,real ganabol,proviron and all ancillary drugs..even arimidex real cheap....dbols are fake here...got some for my friend,he got no results at all also fake anadrol by british dispensary.....i trained naturally(with protien shakes)and got up to 85 kg ripped and had a new job so cudnt train aswell...i am now 74 kg not hard at all and feel weak...though no problem with cardio(can run for 3 hrs)but gaining muscle seems impossible ..tried low card high protien high fat.....high carb low fat high protien..ie almost everything....i am 22.and need some help .thought of using deca but i cant afford to lose any more of my sex life(as it is i dont have much :-(..i retain water easily..and gyno cud be a problem again with high dose test.........................really guys your input is highly appreciated
 
i am no bigshot and i have been saving for this for a while now..have a kg og pharmaceutical grade glutamine 30 pds on whey,4 boxes of on amino acids,1 kg arginine powder ,tribulus,vitrix..just want to get the best and safest results cause i cant afford to lose anymore now...and have worked for 15 hrs a day to save all that money,so i dont want it to go down the drains.thanks..
 
Ok lets take a step back here and find out some more information about you and to make it easier to read your posts could you put your thoughts into paragraphs. Looking at that big blob up there was hard to read.

3. Weight
4. Diet (How many caloried are you consuming everyday and what types of foods)
5. Training History
6. Goals

Stop doing so much cardio and running if you dont want to lose any more weight, because you are probably not eating enough food to keep the weight you have on your body.

3. Weight-74 kg

8:00 Am :i start with 1 bowl of corn flakes ,any 1 fruit,400 ml skimmed milk 10 almonds and 5-6 egg whites
11:00 am: 1 protien shake with milk ,4 bcaa,a veg sandwich(sometimes)

2:00 Pm: 1 bowl curd,2 indian breads,cottage cheese or lots of pulses,1 plate salad,1 bowl green vegetables

5:30 PM: 2 scoops wheyprotien with 300 ml milk,2 slices of whole wheat bread

9:00 Pm 1 full chicken breast,1 indian bread,1 bowl vegetables,

11:30 PM: 500 ml skimmed milk with 2 tsp honey+10 almonds+4 capsules zma+5 grms glutamine+3 grams arginine






5. Training History
tried the 2 hr long splits and the 1 hr single Historybody part isolation.i do gain muscle buteven if a week passes by when i am not able to train or eat probably,i'll drop a gud 3-4 kg..some muscle wasting i guess.also got testosterone and thyroid checked.not very good but in normal ranges..

6. Goals:more muscle on my frame so everybody that knows me dosent think i am ill :-(
 
Is English your first language?


Are you lifting weights? Training and do you know about diet, rest, cardio etc………………

Gear is only a small part of the package


Having said that


Weeks 1-12 Deca 400mg per week
Weeks 1-12 Test 400mg per week


Make even injections every 3.5 days

Hey Bro, can I ask why the low test levels? Did you get your levels checked after coming off a cycle? The reason I'm asking there might be a problem there. I had low test levels and it took years to figure out I had a brain tumor in the pituitary stalk. It sounds like your going through the same problems wiyh muscle growth I encountered. No gyno for me though. Not trying to scare you, just something to think about. Tuefelhunden
 
dont know bro,i have done all the tests available here in india and the doctors are a big a**.all they tell me is i should stay away from anabolics or i'll scew myself further.

My thyroid function was ok and he said the test level was in the normal range so no medication for me:-(......

I am sick and tired of spending hours in the gym ,eating clean diets and still just gain a kg or 2 with oodles of fat...Really need some big time help.Thanks a lot.tcare

whoa whoa whoa i dont like that last part " oddles of fat"
how long have you been on that diet ?
and a gain of a kilo or two is 2 to 4 lbs thats actually pretty soild gains per year being off roids

also you mentioned why you cant follow the diet or work out you lose weight
thats common and expected you have to keep eating and training to keep muscle mass its not one of those things you build it then stop and it stays, no it will go away and pretty quick to...

so once you start that diet your gonna have to do it for years to see its effects and training for years to see traings effects.

and no roids wont make you bulk up and keep all the muscle if you do not eat and train when you come off your gonna lose the muscle.

its just does not work like that
bodybuilding is a life time commitment .
or as long as you want to keep the muscle you have to eat and train
 
you are right chazk,but i have no trouble doing it for a lifetime but something just isnt right....i have little strenth.endurance is good but thats all.
all my friends think there is a problem because i train much harder than them and play a lot of sports.walk a lot.
still the little fat i put on is female like ie:on hips and thighs,shoulders arms and cheast remain skinny so i look dispropotioned.
this is the reason i am scared of bulking diet.

Humm, have you ever thought maybe you are overtraining? You say you spend hours in the gym, you play a lot of sports,and you walk a lot. You could very possibly be using more calories that you are consuming on a daily basis.

I see you outlined what you eat on a regular basis, but what about hard numbers such as total calories, fat grams, carb grams, and protein grams. Are you consuming 1-2grams of protein per pound of body weight? Which for you would be around 300-330g of protein per day.
 
not 330 grms but i am sure that i ingest around 200-215 for sure..and the total calorie range shud be around 3000+ a day cause i eat a lot of heavy stuff ie: butter,whole milk,almonds etc.

So you are not actually tracking what you are eating. You are guessing and assuming that you meet your needs by eating "heavy stuff." By the way what makes butter, whole milk, almonds...heavy stuff?

Yes you are right i did not do much of tracking and i see i was a dumb*** by not doing it but the constant muscle loss and lack of motivation and energy is driving me nuts...
imagine everyday your old friends come to you and say "what the f**k happened to u"

I didn't want to read the whole ordeal, it was all jumbled up.
If this is your first cycle stick with test only or test+dbol kickstart. No need for anything other than test and a kickstart for your first run.

1-4 - Dianabol 30mgs/EW
1-12 - Test 250-500mgs/EW

An AI throughout such as armidex,femera,aifm,or aromasin.

Proper PCT consisting of Clomid and HCG if needed.

Proper diet consisting of 6-8 meals per day. 1.5g's protein per lb of body weight. Adjust carbs and fats for the goal in mind (dieting,bulking). Adequate h20 consumption 1-2 gal a day.

come on lets be honest your not tracking what your eating and now its from 300+ grams of protien to " your sure its 200 " well thats 400 calories difference
I'm sure if you though the carbs were 400 then its prob much lower same with the fats ..

dude listen man track every thing you eat and get it up to 3500 calories a day in real numbers no guessing and giggling and your gonna gain muscle and burn fat...

track it for 1-2 months see if you can even handle eating 50 grams of protien 6 times a day long with the fat and carbs,,,youll prob relize your falling short of it and need to strive everyday to read those goals..

after not knowing your caloric intake and just guessing i know your def not ready for this cycle.. put the gear back in a draw and wait untill you get the diet down...

LOL .no intentions of that sort big brother.

And another thing yes eating 50 grms protien from real foods?
i can manage that with the protien shakes -3 meals
and 3 real meals ie:chicken chest,turkey,lean red meats,egg whites,milk,pulses etc

I'll start tracking everything down but how do i counter the constant muscle loss
and low sex drive :-(
 
Ugg and stay away from milk and butter that shit will just make you fat bro. You need clean calories. Lots of chicken. I see that you are in India, so is steak religeously out of the question? If not, gobble that stuff up. You need to eat better bro. If you want to burn fat it is all about diet and cardio. If you are going to run a cycle no matter what anyone says, a Test only cycle of 250-500mg every week for 10-12 weeks will be good. You do not neccessarily have to be on a bulking diet to gain some lean mass and burn off some fat.
 
Thanks dsh89 for the help.steak is out of question,not that i dont like it but it is not available here.i remember that i once went to mumbai which is a metro city in India and had beef there for 2 weeks,that stuff blew me up.awsome

About the cycle,seasoned coached here advice a pyramid cycle ie:start test from 100 mg per week and work up to 500 and start the taper from there.So the question is that is 500 mgs straight per week is good or the pyramid cycle way.
