Hey,
I just have a really quick question. After looking at all the ebooks on this site, I found the body building truth by nelson montana and was wondering if it'd be appropriate for woman?
Stats:
20 years old (in a few days! :) )
5'3"
125lbs
overall pretty small frame, looking to build muscle and blast some fat. I'm a kickboxing instructor and have been lifting for about 3-4 years now, but I need something to really help me get stage-ready (in a few years).

Edit: *Nelson sorry about that

There are a lot of books, programs and trainers out there. What you need to do is pick one thing and stick with it for at least 3 months then you will see how good it is. Not everything works the same for everyone and the beginning stages of bodybuilding are very much figuring out your body. Hell that most of what bodybuilding is as your body will change over the years and what worked great 2 years ago may not work for you two year later your body is always evolving and much smarter than most people think.

awesome advice

sounds like you should try competing at figure model going by your weight and size. It sounds like you would do much better there. Just my opinion, good luck at what ever you do.
