SpyWizard Elite Mentor EF VIP Dec 20, 2011 #2 i do 8 reps 1/4 reps 8 reps 1/2 reps 8 reps full range slow that's 1 set.. now do 5 sets.. but i have to do drop sets to make it happen they describe using a working weight.. don't think i can do that..
