I just got back from the grocery store....
List:
Eggwhites
spinach patties
Fresh carrots, cauliflower, celery
Dark leafy greens
low fat cottage cheese
artichoke hummus
water (regular and flavored)
Crystal Light tea
green tea (hot)... but I plan on boiling it and then chilling it
skinless/boneless chicken breast
and uh... watermelon/canteloupe (it's my vice!)
I didn't buy ANY soda (I do love diet wild cherry pepsi)... since I will be starting an ECA stack in a few I really don't need the extra caffeine since I am so sensitive to it. I do enjoy a cup of coffee when I wake up but hopefully I will transition to tea over time.
I appreciate the food layout and I am excited to better my body with a clean diet.
