You guys drummed the importance of compound movement such as deads and squats but I rarely see anyone do them, but I learned them. I was ignorant and could barely (safely) pick up 135 x 5. I picked up 405 x 6 tonite, and I feel great. No belt and I use straps only after my grip fails me. I have grown so much in diet and training (and AS
