Testosterone & Igf 1 lr3 injection questions

Hi.
This july,my ages will be 24. I already tried prohormone such as tren xtreme, 11oxo, h-drol,etc.
Ive already buy igf 1 lr3, ill inject it monday bicep,wed tricep, friday delts, after work out. My cycle will be 5weeks. My diets are eat 6 times/day, high protein,low carbs, good fats,low fat.
My questions are :
1. May i stack it with testosterone?
2. do my plan is good enough?


another advices and comments are really welcome.

I would not recommend test it is far to strong and very likely will cause virilization. Are you looking to gain muscle what is your goal? What is your training like and can you be a little more specific about your diet like give us a one day sample breakout? As well as your stats hight weight and bodyfat? Hi.
I know testosterone will cause virilization,masculine in woman. But it doesn't matter for me. Honestly I'm very tomboy person,hope you get what I mean :) :) my body fat is under 15%.
Meals sample:
Meal 1 : 2 scoops of protein blends(probolic sr, sometimes dymatize 12hours)
Meal 2 : 2 chicken breast
Meal 3 : 2 scoop of protein blend
Meal 4 : salmon fish
Meal 5 : 2 chicken breast
Meal 6 before bed time : 1 scoop protein blend + 1 chicken breast + glutamine

My work out will be monday,tuesday, wednesday, friday, weight lifting and 30minutes of cardio.

I hit gym since I was 17years old, and now I'm almost 24 this july.

Is it good if I run testosterone first and then igf 1 lr3 to keep my gains?

Oh yeah,with igf 1 lr3 my goal is to increase amounts of muscle cells (hyperlasia). Will it help my muscle look shredder since I know igf 1 will cause hyperlasia? Thank you so much!!

Meal 1 : 2 scoops of protein blends(probolic sr, sometimes dymatize 12hours) (Rather then staring the day with a processed drink, have whole foods such as oatmeal and egg whites)
Meal 2 : 2 chicken breast (Great, but have carbs with it, such as vegetables and brown rice)
Meal 3 : 2 scoop of protein blend (Similar to #2, but sweet potato and salad (sample))
Meal 4 : salmon fish (With green, fibrous carbs)
Meal 5 : 2 chicken breast (With vegetables as well)
Meal 6 before bed time : 1 scoop protein blend + 1 chicken breast + glutamine(If you're going to have a second shake, have a casein shake)

My work out will be monday,tuesday, wednesday, friday, weight lifting and 30minutes of cardio.

You're doing great with the protein, but needs more cabs. That's what will give you energy and will help burn fat by way of increasing your metabolism.

ill add some vegetables! I'm endomorph typical, so I add a lot of bcaa's to prevent my muscles. My friend told me that I need to off carbs of 2-3 days,and then start to eat carbs no more than 100grams/day. I'm sorry if this one Is wrong.
Your advices really help me much! Ill begin it tomorrow :)

Oh yeah, I add some fat like peanut butter to my protein shake before bed times, and sometimes I eat cottage cheese before sleep.
