like 15-16 actively but for blood levels to stay nominal you need to pin at least once every 3-5 days imho. Some people pin every day with cyp.

Well I'm asking because my endo wanted me to take 200ml every 2 weeks.............I stuck 400 in a week.........I was wondering how long I need to wait before I go back in for bloodwork so he doesn't flip.

For HRT I take 100-125 depending on brand, every 7-9 days. Don't know if that helps. Been on prescribed and self prescribed for 6 years or so. Toss in a cycle at least once a year too.

The normal prescription does of HRT is 250 mgs per week! Pinning 400 is fine however more is not always good! If you are making good gains on his prescribed dose then stick with that! In addition , your HRT Dr. May get pissed if he finds out your doubling your dosages and drop you , because you will run out and will have to get another script! He should be doing your blood work every 4 to 6 weeks as well! Good luck!

I know that's why I wanted to wait before I do bloodwork to get most of this out........would that be a few weeks......30 days or what? So 250 is typical?

the half life of cyp is 2 weeks.

but that doesn't mean its a good idea to pin every 2 weeks. i like to pin it twice a week myself when i run cycles, I'm not on HRT of course. sounds like in your situation you might want to use another endo, doesn't sound like there is mutual trust there and pinning every 2 weeks just doesn't make sense to me..

Well to be fair he didn't want to check my T score after I dosed he wanted me to wait a week then get lab work, but yea I asked with about every week and he agreed..........I'm just trying to wait to get most of this out before I go to the lab. Got to say I feel pretty good on 400ml but I'm sure that bumps me over the normal range.
