Testosterone Adrenal Burnouts

almak

New member
Hello Everybody,
I have some question, I am totally newbie and would like to improve my testosterone levels because of my 3 years(illnes) of increased cortisol and ACTH release of my adrenals(anxiety and adrenal burnout).
I see that is no more my old me, I gained weight, I am tired, with much much less libido, weaker erection, i still enjoy sex everyday, but i am to far from the state 3 years ago, i am also depressed and with little interest for something,
I have been tested moretimes, my DHEA was always very good but my Estradiol was higher, but not over the limit(I have small gynecomastia) and the main problem was fluctuated testosterone, once 300 and after few months above 800.
I have also unstable blood pressure and sleep apnoe, I am 37 years old, i was thin but have gained weight, fat after longtime cortisol release of my adrenals.

I want to start with testosterone to gain my levels again but I have few questions:
1.If i start with testosterone or HGH, should i always keep supplementing, may i stop testosterone and keep the higher levels or i have to continue
2. Is there a real natural testosterone treatment or estrogen inhibitor, I have tried something but with no success.
3. Is post cycle treatment based only on aromatase inhibitors or estrogen blockers?
4. If i use testosterone that is not aromatised should i also use something like aromatasin
5. What about heart conditions and testosterone and HGH, which one is safer than others, how to keep your blood pressure and heart rate in healthy limits?
6. Sleep Apnoe and HGH and Testosterone?

Thank you in advance for any helpful comments and advices.
