Hey everyone! I'm completely new to the forum but been looking around for a while. I'm about to start my 3rd cycle and I wanted some feedback before I get this underway. First off. I'm about to be 23 in July. I weigh 209 @ 10%. Been lifting for the past 5 years right when I got outta high school. My past cycles were - Test E @ 500mg for 12 weeks with pct nolva and clomid. Most recent cycle was - Test E @ 500mg for 12 weeks, dbol 1-4 for a kick start. Pct was nolva and clomid.
My diet is on point. I cheat one meal outta the week. Normally on leg days.
8am- 1 cup grape juice (insulin spike), 1 cup oats, 1 1/2 cups eggwhite and 1 scoop protein (hexapro)
11- 7.5oz chicken, 4oz sweet potato
1:30- 2 scoops protein with 2 rice cakes
3:30- 7.5 oz chicken, 4oz sweet potato
Workout and cardio from 4-6
6:30- 7.5oz chicken with 8oz potato with 1 avocado.
9:30/10 - 7oz chicken with 2 rice cakes
Now this is what I'm thinking for this one coming up beginning of June. If anyone has any type of feedback please let me know. Thanks!

Tren E @ 600mg week 1-8/9
(Thinking about adding winny) week 6-12 @ 50mg
Will have caber and running .25 EOD
