test, tren, diana stack questions

Hello everyone,

I'm new here, and I would like to thank everyone for wealth of information I was able to obtain from this forum alone.

I'm a 35 yr old male, 188lbs, and around 26% body fat, and ugly looking man boobs :-(.

I was diagnosed of low test. levels. My doctor prescribed a gel, but insurance didn't cover it ($500 out of pocket). So I started entertaining the option of anabolic. I've always wanted to stay in the gym for a period longer than a few weeks, and felt like this could be a good kickstart.

I have done lots of reading, and I have to say this is both a science and an art (which I'm trying my level best to keep up with/understand).

Note: I understand that my decision to take the following stack perhaps isn't the wisest of decisions, and hence I'm looking for guidance and wisdom

I started with the following (this is my first week):

Week 1 - 2 = 150mg Test + 100mg Tren per week + 2x 15mg Diana per day
Week 3-9 = 300mg Test + 200mg Tren per week + 2x 15mg Diana per day
I'm also taking C4 as a pre-workout

My questions:
Even though this is a one and only cycle for me, and perhaps considered a "small" one. I'm more convinced that I should have a strong PCT. What should a basic rule of thumb in terms of products and dosage should look like?

Also, will AI/E-Blockers (I understand that they are different) during the cycle be beneficial (considering the man-boobs situation :-/)?

Finally, I'm not really looking to bulk up, but rather keep well defined toned physique, should I continue my current "shred" workout regiment ?

Again, thank you all for your time.

I'm not loving "period more than a few weeks. To really real the benefits, you're gonna really have to know your body and have a solid workout and diet plan. This takes longer than a few weeks. If you have low test, the prescription dose itself will give you a boost.

No tren, just nah

On trt, you don't need any pct, strong or not, your test levels aren't coming back haha you just go back to your trt dose.

I don't mind the dbol or test blast at like 500...when your diet and training are set of course

And no 26% bf, 12% max. You're gonna have to do that natty (or as close to natty as you can on trt) you think your man boobs are bad now?! Wait till the blast hits that bf, youll be side central, ai or not.

Drop the tren. Go to a different doc and get inj test for TRT. Spend several month getting your diet in check and your training. 188lbs and 26% bf? How tall are you? What kind of training do you have? I hate to tell you, gear isn't going to keep you in the gym. As soon as you finish your cycle/blast and start losing gains, you'll be back out of motivation and no longer in the gym. And that also goes to your "only one and done". That doesn't happen.
Have you ever visited someone for nutrition help?

First off, I would advise against using Tren ... strongly. You are not even really and honestly ready for a starter cycle of Test Cyp @ 350mg/wk for 12 weeks, let alone simluating your body with Tren.

I don't mean to jump on the band wagon here, but I would also prefer that you spend time (at least 6 months) getting your diet and training routine squared away prior to using any AAS. Drop your %bf to 15% and then get cracking with a Test only cycle (okay, maybe a DBol kicker added to it).

Then, in saying that is going to be your one and only cycle ... it really (not being condescending here) indicates to me that you did not spend nearly enough time in researching the use of AAS. You will hardly be able to hold onto any gains you might make on cycle.

Lastly, regarding your PCT. Again, not enough time spent researching AAS. If you are on TRT already, and you decide to do a cycle, then you do not need to do a PCT. You return to your TRT dosage after the cycle is done for around 12 weeks and then do another cycle. This is what is known as a 'blast-and-cruise' protocol.
