Hello! First time posting here so I hope I get this right First, my stats:
Age 50
200#
5'11
BF around 13%
My goal is to put on about 5-10 pounds of lean mass, and get BF down below 10. Diet is excellent and highest quality. As it is now, I'm in great shape, and look around 35... good genes run in the family
I've done gear for about ten years now, and never paid close attention to what I was doing. Sometimes the stuff I got seemed to be bunk, sometimes questionable. But, for the most part doing test would just "work." Added deca a few times and, with the exception of some fake stuff, i got pretty big. But, also got some bloat.
Now at this ripe age I'm taking time to think before I jump. In all the reading, test and tren sounds like an awesome cycle! But, it also sounds pretty side-effect laden.
So, I'm considering just doing plain old test E at around 500-600/wk for 10-12 weeks and call it a day. But, wondering if there's something I can stack on it to better reach or even exceed my goals. Any help would be very appreciated!
