test schedules

I'm starting a Test cycle. I'm going with Test Cyp and pinning twice a week at 200mg per pin. My schedule was Tues and Sat. Is that cool or should I jus pin every 5 days? Also how many mg per day of nolvadex?

who told you to use nolvadex with test? you need aromasin.. click the banner up top and order some from PSL

nolvadex is NOT an ai, its an estrogen blocker which is quite different from an aromatase inhibitor and not what you want to be using... you need aromasin or arimidex... your test dosing is completely fine

Pinning frequencies are decided by half lives

A Tuesday and Saturday pining schedule is good for Test cyp.
