Speed and endurance increases are generally seen in: Equpoise, Cardarine (GW-501516) and to some degree winstrol (not a ton). Anavar/hgh etc. aren't your best options.

Erythropoietin. Increases RBC count significantly. Same result as blood doping.

Sarms1 is the truth. My boys ask me what to run and I recommend sarms1 osta and gw for recomping, PCT and performance enhancement. Versatile products. Having sex and running GW is can cause vaginal cell wall destruction.... I go way too long on it.

EPO (erythopoetin) is a hormone produced in your body responsible for the production of red blood cells. In short, increase in hematocrit (rbc count) = better cardio. This is due to oxygen being more efficiently transported to the working muscles and lactic acid being more efficiently removed. The issue with it however is if it's not used under strict doctors supervision and you take too much you risk serious blood clots which more often then not will result in death.

you can chase with anything, just don't mix it with anything... take it down and then chase...
