You inject prop AFTER you workout?
You do this with other AAS?
Why the same muscle your worked (after and not before= less pain?)

Ya man, always after. I have found that it increases recovery and circulatory androgen levels to inject directly after. Besides, to me it just makes sense, If I am doing alot of forced contractions with a muscle that I just injected with a caustic substance or oil it will damage the tissue negatively(my experience when i had done that in the past was a much worse lump in the muscle lasting for days afterwards).

Never thought about before or after until now. But, my .02 is that if you were to do the spot inject a couple of hours prior to the workout, the workout would help 'massage the oil' like people do after a susanton injection, make sense?

I don't know about "massaging the oil" by working out. Seems to me all it would do is aggravate the BA content of the injectable(especially prop which needs a higher BA concentration to hold the solute). to my knowledge the reason i put pressure on the site immediatly after injection is to make sure the oil does'nt coagulate immediately into a ball in the injection. Once it has been dissapated I see no reason to continue to massage it.
Another tip: ive found clinically I seem to have less incidence of pain and swelling when I inject the target muscle in a stretched position as opposed to a nuetral or contracted one. Not sure why, might just be me, but its worth a shot.
