I gained 10 lbs in the first 3 weeks, all water...and strength hit week 5. When I say strength hit, I mean like a ton of bricks. I went from inclining 85 lb. dumbells for 8 to doing the 100's for 7-8 between weeks 4-5. I've thrown in some proviron the past few weeks to get rid of some of the bloat...my face started looking like a fuckin marshmellow. Im now up 18 lbs with NO excess water. BTW im finishing up week 11.
