Test E Cycle -- Advice!

Hello everyone,

This will be my first cycle and I'd greatly appreciate advice from you guys! My stats are:

Age - 20
Weight - 190
BF % - 14~15%
Experience - 4 years of impeccable diet/training/sleeping and learning my body.
Supplements - I've tried anything from protein powder to testosterone boosters and natural HGH enhancers (PowerFULL by USP). I have been using protein/multi/EFA's/creatine consistently.

I was able to turn myself from a 200lb skinny-fat kid that could not barbell bench more than 50lb for a set, or do ONE push-up, to a decent-looking guy, despite the genetic disadvantage.

I have been doing research for about 3 years now (yes, that's how long I've been waiting) and am considering running my first cycle. I am aware that some of you may say I'm still too young, but I believe I can run a 99% safe cycle, as I've got the money, knowledge and discipline for it. I am not blissfully ignorant, however, and would really appreciate your advice!

My goal with this cycle is to lose 5-10lb of fat and add 15lb of muscle.

My cycle:

Test E (500mg / 12 weeks)
--- Should I add Winstrol too?

PCT:
Anabolic Xtreme Advanced PCT
or I could run nolva for 4 weeks.

My current lifts. (keep in mind I'm not a powerlifter)
Bench: 240 x1
Deadlift: 400x1
Squat: 350x1

Thanks! Problem is that I cannot get my hands on many of those products. I am from Southern Europe, it's really hard to find non-fake steroids/pct products here. Hence I rely on supplements that are sold online - which ones would you recommend? Would supplements be sufficient in that case?

U are far too young to be using anabolics. It is also against the rules to give advice to any person under the age of 21.

Lol 3yrs reasearch and u come up with that piss poor pct?. Instead of focusing on "researching" anabolics use that time and research how to
Train, eat and supplement. Wats your height btw? Cause at 15% bf and 190 pounds I'd hope ur about 5'5
 
I am 6'0, but have really small wrists and joints in general. My "research" consisted of getting to know how substances work, reading people's logs/etc and observing friends around me . I have obviously never juiced, and don't pretend to be a "pro".

I can assure you that my nutrition, training and supplementation is spot on. I am really dedicated as well - hell, I haven't gotten drunk once in that 4-year period, or partied. I truly love the sport, but I am sick and tired of being out-run by people who started lifting a year ago and did a couple of cycles.

I am not desperate, I am simply pissed off. I haven't seen one 18+ guy complain about infertility or any of the serious long-term sides, if they did the cycle/pct correctly.

hey man i feel for you but you are too young and your feinds will regret there choices later on at the moment you are stacked full of natty test in 3-4yrs your levels will start to drop and it will be worth taking then, remember that the later you start the bigger you will become in the long run. you will respond best to your cycle and after that it becomes harder to gain and you will need bigger dosages and stacks, its therefore better to wait and build up a natural foundation when you juice youll getter bigger with less and will be able to use less juice and get better gains for it than your freinds you just jumped straight in.
I mean they done afew cycles, great, where do they go from there only way is toincrease dosages and compounds and if you wait later youll be able to gain good amounts on smaller doasges than the rest of them, they wasting there time and money and may damage their health mate.
please wait til you atleast 22-23 but personlly i would til your 25 mate.

good job changing your body but if you think you are even close to your genetic potential with those stats you are sadly mistaken. keep working on it. also your goals for the cycle are unrealistic anyway. not physically possible to lose 10 pounds of fat and put on 15 pounds of muscle on 1 cycle. if that was true then I would be 400 pounds of pure muscle with 1% body fat by now with all the cycles i've done

also you have no idea how good or bad your genetics are yet. impossible to know that at 20. yeah some of your classmates in high school were bigger than you, or stronger naturally. yeah you might have been the last kid picked on the playground.. but that in no way means you have bad genetics nor does the cool kid that gets picked first have great genetics. once you get in your late 20's and 30's things become more clear.

your lifting stats are excellent for a natty 20 year old, keep it up. for you to think that a 400 pound deadlift is somehow shitty is silly. 99% of people out there couldn't do half that weight
