Hello everyone,
This will be my first cycle and I'd greatly appreciate advice from you guys! My stats are:
Age - 20
Weight - 190
BF % - 14~15%
Experience - 4 years of impeccable diet/training/sleeping and learning my body.
Supplements - I've tried anything from protein powder to testosterone boosters and natural HGH enhancers (PowerFULL by USP). I have been using protein/multi/EFA's/creatine consistently.
I was able to turn myself from a 200lb skinny-fat kid that could not barbell bench more than 50lb for a set, or do ONE push-up, to a decent-looking guy, despite the genetic disadvantage.
I have been doing research for about 3 years now (yes, that's how long I've been waiting) and am considering running my first cycle. I am aware that some of you may say I'm still too young, but I believe I can run a 99% safe cycle, as I've got the money, knowledge and discipline for it. I am not blissfully ignorant, however, and would really appreciate your advice!
My goal with this cycle is to lose 5-10lb of fat and add 15lb of muscle.
My cycle:
Test E (500mg / 12 weeks)
--- Should I add Winstrol too?
PCT:
Anabolic Xtreme Advanced PCT
or I could run nolva for 4 weeks.
Feel free to share your opinions and suggestions! They are all greatly appreciated, even if they are negative.
My current lifts. (keep in mind I'm not a powerlifter)
Bench: 240 x1
Deadlift: 400x1
Squat: 350x1
