Test e and deca cycle info pls

I need some info for this cycle. I'm 5'9" 185 lbs currently cutting before I start and still doing my research. I have done one cycle of test e one year ago was great. So I want to do another and add deca so if I can get some help on dosage for both and duration of cycle 16 weeks I have been told and most imprortant PCT. last time I used arimidex during and clomid and nolvadex for pct

Is this your second cycle total? If so drop the deca stick with just test, wouldn't fuck with nandrolone or any derivatives till you got more experience.
