Hi Guys,
I am sure that this question has been asked and answered several times before but i couldnt find the threads so thought i would ask anyway.
I am currently 4 weeks into my first Test E 250 cycle (from aburahain..pretty sure legit). i have beed injectin every 1ml every 5 days. I am planning to run for 10 weeks although i will have a slight blip between weeks 7 and 8 where i have to go away for 5 days with work which is unavoidable (i am planning on doubling my dose and taking two injections just before i go so that i dont have to do the one when i am away (it is abroad) Any thoughts on this????)
My pre cycle stats were:
Age: 32
Weight: 195
Body Fat: circa 13%
I am eating as clean as possible and having two protein shakes a day ( between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner)
Training wise i am doing 3 light cardio sessions a week just to help keep some fat off. 2 days on 1 day off on the weights split into : Chest and Tri, Back and Bi, Shoulders and Forearms and Legs. For each body part i am doing 1 compound exercise and 2-3 isolation. All as heavy as i can for 3 sets of 8 reps.
I am bascially wondering at what point the gear starts to "kick in" as such and you start getting noticeable results. Although my libido has increased i am not yet seeing any change in size or shape? I know that most of the time you dont notice it in yourself, but there hasnt been muchj if any change as of yet.
Thoughts, criticisms and opinions gratefully recieved
