TEST E 250 cycle question

Hi Guys,

I am sure that this question has been asked and answered several times before but i couldnt find the threads so thought i would ask anyway.

I am currently 4 weeks into my first Test E 250 cycle (from aburahain..pretty sure legit). i have beed injectin every 1ml every 5 days. I am planning to run for 10 weeks although i will have a slight blip between weeks 7 and 8 where i have to go away for 5 days with work which is unavoidable (i am planning on doubling my dose and taking two injections just before i go so that i dont have to do the one when i am away (it is abroad) Any thoughts on this????)

My pre cycle stats were:
Age: 32
Weight: 195
Body Fat: circa 13%

I am eating as clean as possible and having two protein shakes a day ( between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner)

Training wise i am doing 3 light cardio sessions a week just to help keep some fat off. 2 days on 1 day off on the weights split into : Chest and Tri, Back and Bi, Shoulders and Forearms and Legs. For each body part i am doing 1 compound exercise and 2-3 isolation. All as heavy as i can for 3 sets of 8 reps.

I am bascially wondering at what point the gear starts to "kick in" as such and you start getting noticeable results. Although my libido has increased i am not yet seeing any change in size or shape? I know that most of the time you dont notice it in yourself, but there hasnt been muchj if any change as of yet.

Thoughts, criticisms and opinions gratefully recieved

Average Days Meals:

am - 6 scrambled egg whites with a small amount of cheese for extra taste
2 bananas

mid morning - 1 protein shake (Optimum Pro Complete)

Lunch - 2 grilled chicken breast, sweet potatoes, salad and a bit of sour cream

mid afternnoon or after training on training days - 1 protein shake (same as above)

Dinner - fish or steak, steamed vegetables, brown rice

Pre Training i am also taking 2 scoops of NO Xplode


So is this bad then?

I have read on another site that most people dont really start getting the real results / noticeable increase in mass until after 4-5 weeks into the cycle. Would people on here agree with that?

You haVE NOT STATED YOUR GOALS - SIZE/ LEAN MASS ETC?


First impression on the diet - nowhere near enough food regardless of goals, but some good ideas in terms of sweet potatoe (low GI).

protein needs to be at least 2g per lb body weight (aim for 2.5g). Introduce a lot more carbs if u wanna bulk - low GI sources ie wholemeal pasta, brown rice, yams. Gotta keep cals high to grow, work out your BMI (use search function to find this)

Thanks for the response. My goals at this stage would be adding some size. i would like it to be as lean mass as possible but as this is my first proper cycle i woudl like the size gaisn with a view to possibly cutting at a later date.

I will increase my dietary intake and probably add anither serving of protein in there as well then i think?

Am worried that the gear i thought was legit might not be if i should be seeing some results (although i guess my diet isnt big enough?) after 4 weeks? HAs anyone else used Aburahain batch 5011?

test e takes time to see. if the libido is up, its working. quicker esthers will work faster. im using sus which i usually hate but 2 weeks in and the prop is showing the quick esther. be patient. on test e i usually have to be around week 5 or 6 to start seeing anything.

your diet is terrible for adding size though. might want to rework that quite a bit. drop the shakes and replace with solid foods.
 
doubling the dose to make up for the travel will be fine. either that or split the difference. take 1.5 before u leave and 1.5 when u come back.

when i take test E, i usually gain about 10lbs. in the first 2 weeks and end up with about 20-25lbs. gained mainly due to diet and eating good old clean food like a horse 6 times a day (for bulking)...strength for me usually kicks in and jumps rapidly at week 5 and lasts steadily through the end...but yes, if your libido is up, it is working...the more you eat and the heavier you lift, the more you grow...plain and simple
