Test/deca/adrol 3rd cycle

I'm running test/deca/adrol tomorrow. I have diet on point, but I'm unsure about my training. Please look over it and makes changes that you think would benefit the routine.



Chest
4 Bench Press
3 dumbbell press
3 incline dumbbell flys
3 chest dips
4 standing calve raises
3 seated calves raises

Legs
4 squats
3 leg press
3 leg extensions
3 hamstring curls
3 stiff legged dead lifts


Bicep/tricep
3 barbell curls
3 dumbbell curls
4 weighted chin ups
3 tricep rope pull downs
3 weighted tricep dips
3 skull crushers
3 cgbp

Shoulders
3 barbell press
3 lateral raises
3 front raises
4 upright rows
Shrugs 2 movements.


Back
3 tbar rows
4 dead lifts
3 bent over rows
3 wide grip pull ups

I've only ran a test only cycle, and test, tren cycle. I'm looking to blow up. Mostly to get really big before I cut majorly.

looks good bro. dont see any reason why it shouldn't. go and hit it hard. swap days sometimes and do extra like drop set super set etc.
