Been reading the forum for a while now and have also been working out since 2008 (started at 155 lbs). Below are my current stats as well as my planned cycle. My plan is to keep it simple and get some feedback from you all. I would also appreciate if you could let me know your expectations of what I should expect during my cycle (hopefully they will be positive). Also, if you want to edit my cycle, feel free. Remember, this is my first cycle and I would like to keep it as simple as possible.
Stats:
26 years old
6 ft. 2 inches
~195 pounds (morning weight as of 5/15)
~12% body-fat
Goals: gain 10-15 lbs of lean muscle while reducing body fat to 8% (if it is possible

Daily Macros (may play around and change a little with regard to carbs/fats):
250 grams protein / 70 grams fat / ~200 grams carbohydrates, but may bump up carbs depending on how I am progressing/feeling.

Cycle:
1 - 12 : Test Cypionate 300mg/mL every 4 days
1 - 12 : LiquiDex (anastrozole) 0.5mg every other day
PCT:
14.5 - 20.5 : Liquid Tamox (nolvadex) 20mg/mL every day
14.5 - 20.5 : Liquid Clomi 35mg/mL every day *added*

*side thoughts - if I am trying to gain some lean mass while also gaining lean muslce, would T4 be a decent thing to include during my 1 - 12 weeks?
