Yes they are AAS. Just a different and better delivery method instead of injecting or taking orally.

It will hit you quicker than injectibles, and it doesn't have the level of toxicity with orals

Since they're transdermals, are they still controlled?
That would be awesome if they were on ntbm or Mrsupps.
This is exciting because I've not touched aas as the storage of them and thought of injecting has kept me from doing so.
