Well this is my first ever post to get started. I'm 36 5'9 194pds I work out daily just weights no cardio, I work offshore so kinda limit myself to an hour a day. I'm a hard gainer but never gave up. I did test e in the past but new wife wasn't fond of it so I put it behind me. Now recently I had a friend was pinched for cash and had 2cycs of test e 400 20cc so I couldn't resist. Now I'd like to know from a few of the vets what's the best way I should take this to get good gains? How many cc a week and how many times a week? I'm on a decent diet I take 200 grams protein daily. Should I take something else with the test or would the test be fine? Any help would be greatly appreciated and again this is my first post so sorry if I left anything out.
