I’m a big dude losing body fat has been a challenge for me.
Currently 330 lbs and I would like to drop some size off my waist
I’m looking to do 1 mg into my stomach fat daily and then I plan on increasing the dose by half a milligram weekly until I get to 5 mg total.
Is this a good strategy for me to follow?
