I'm gonna have to agree with wrench here.

I wasn't sure but I said in my other answer that I thought it would mean her taking on the role of being the dominant one, maybe wearing a strap-on because in the other thread there is mention of the guy being submissive.

Now if the full term would have been switch hitter, that would have meant bi.
