Iv had this lingering tenderness/soreness right where my pec inserts into my shoulder/ bicep area. Been about a month, tried a deload to not avail. It hasn't really effected my training and I feel it the worst on that first warm up set of bench even with just 135, seems to dissipate as I warm up. Is this a connective tissue problem? What do you recommend?
