you will never find a 100% accurate way to know this. the best way is to simply track your calories and exercise and make sure you are in a 300 calorie deficit daily. if you are losing 1 pound a week you know you are hitting that #.. if you are not losing weight then you know you need to either up your exercise or lower your calories
a good rule of thumb for a female is 1 hour of solid exercise is going to burn 300 calories
