I'm going to school fulltime, running a business on the side and I'd really hate to start losing the gains I made over the summer cause I worked my ass off as far as eating. So now I'm trying to find ways to gain a little bit of more mass before I go big time during the winter and go all out before the break. So I was expecting to do atleast 10lbs in the short period of the cycle.
I was wondering how it effective it is alone? How many weeks should I run it? Dose per day? and should I run a PCT at the end?
