TB-500 for endurance and healing up

From head to toe I have a beat-up body
I’m looking to use tb-500 to get some improvements and feel better :)
I’m gonna combine it with easing off my training and giving my body a little bit of a break
looking to use 2mgs atleast 2x per week. Do you recommend I run it more often then that or would 2mgs 2x a week be suitable?
 
i would stack it with bpc157 as well

for the best quality I would recommend either Umbrella Labs or RCS


BPC-157 250 - 500 MCG per day
TB-500 First 4-6 weeks, 5-20 MG per week split into 5 MG doses then maintenance at 5 MG once per week

i like tb at 1mg 2x/week and bpc in mcg around 250
 
there is a loading phase with tb500. unfortunately it isn't a cheap peptide but you've got to run it the correct way to get the most out of it and I would also stack it with bpc

go with 5-10mgs a week of tb500 for the first month, then you can gradually lower the dose
