Spatts since I've been on this board I've noticed that you and I are similar in body types. I'm 5'10' (don't ask how much I weigh)I've seen the pictures you posted and it seems that we are close in size (I'm just carrying ALOT more BF) just wondering what your training routine looks like. How many claories do you take in? How much cardio do you do? Are you natural or have you ever done a cycle?
I've been trying harder lately to get back into the swing of things, but I've been concentrating more on cardio (trying to run more) because I'm just feeling so damn FAT!!!!!! Plus with time restrictions I figured the running/powerwalking would help kickstart my metabolism. I already hold quite a bit of muscle, I just want to strip this BF. I stopped taking the pill a month and a half ago, I think that it was really contributing to my weight gain (especially in my tummy) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated (from anyone else too)
