Taking measurements

Is it worth it to take body measurements everyday or should it be treated like stepping on a scale (aka about once a week). I'm really paranoid about monitoring my LBM closely to make sure I'm not losing to much while I cut.

entirely up to you...Many people measure everyday, at one particular moment while others tend to measure once a week (like I do). It's hard as many things fluctuate from day to day. If you're paranoid, measure yourself daily, first thing when you wake up, IMO

I use the calculations at mybodycomp.com as well as measuring with a good tape measure. I've heard that as long as the data you are inputting is accurate, this method is almost as accurate as water displacement.

Take bodyfat measurements every 1 week/ same for weight (every week at the same time). Take temperature measurement ED at the same time.

if you're paranoid, just do it every couple days .. every day is foolish b/c your weight, measurment sizes, etc can fluctuate depending on what you're eating and things of that nature.

Thanks for the information guys . I'll stick to either once a week, or the morning of the day I carb load (before I start of course).
