thanks. i figured i'd atleast ask before i waste 10g of my precious glutamine! I always take it w/ OJ.. i've just always been told its best to take creatine and glutamine w/ OJ so it stuck with me.....

well depends what for?? if u want to induce the biggest insulin spike, then high glycemic sugars are definately the way to go. helps to shuttle more of the glutamine and creatine into the muscle as well as basic nutrients provided adequate water intake as well. if u want to use the glutamine not just for it's cell voluminizing effects but for it's increased GH properties, then i say best taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and after workout and pre-bedtime.(that is if u haven't eaten for several hours)
