Tadalafil Powder into Liquid?

Hi All,

After a bit of research.. I purchased some bulk powder tadalafil (cialis) for some research.

Is there a step guide anywhere for turning it into liquid form.. I understand I can use 1/3 liquid of any cheap vodka and 2/3 liquid cool-aid for taste..

How much of the powder do you put with how much of the liquid and do you normally store in a 30ml bottle..

Is a weighing scale necessary?

Would I be able to do a large amount and store in say a water bottle since it seems the shelf life is long? Thanks.

Yes you need a scale. They are all over the net.

For 20ML @ 50mg/ml
Per 1 gram of powder you will need:
8.4 ml's of PEG 600
10.5 ml's 190 Proof Grain Alcohol

Step 1. Boil water in pan. Once boiling starts remove from heat.

Step 2. Place PEG and powder in glass jar (whatever you are going to dose it in).

Step 3. Place the glass deep enough in to the water so that the hot water is level with the solution in your glass jar. If it cools, heat it back up.

Step 4. Allow PEG to cool. Then add in your 190 proof alcohol. DO NOT put alcohol in boiling water. Wait until it is luke warm.

Step 5. Stir until mixed.

Kool aid contains sugar and I do not know the effect of it on the compound regarding the shelf-life. Sugar does ferment over time so I do not recommend using it for long term storage. You can add it as needed.

For shelf life, I have no idea. I know my clomid lost 40% of its potency over a 3 year period. My nolva lost approximately 30% (I got it tested).

I've tested gear 5 years old and it was still as potent as the day I brewed it.

how important is it i use PEG and actually use the boiling method..

i've read from others since tadalafil is an extremely fine powder you can get away with mixing with with vodka and water (no boiling/no PEG).. and that would suffice..

if you see separation simply shake vigorously and it will be evenly spread for 5 minutes which is more than enough time to apply...

(i would know since this shake and apply method is similar the liquicial from agguys) thanks.

You don't need nothing but cheap vodka. No need for any other chemical. Just put 1 gram of Cialais into an eyedropper bottle with 20ml's of cheap vodka and shake it up just before you use it and draw up 1cc with the eyedropper and there you have 50mg of Cialias. You can get eyedropper bottles that are exactly 1cc when you draw up.

Do not mix water and alcohol.

You can use alcohol by itself. I have had some powders not dissolve though.

how many grams (or mg) would I need using a 30ml (or 1 oz) eyedropper bottle??

im guessing if i buy a 30 ml eyedropper bottle all the drawers (correct name?) that soak up the liquid are all the same standard size of 1cc?? thanks again..

Simple math. Just multiply 30 x 25 and you have 750mg of powder needed for 30ml of liquid to give you 25mg/ml. A 30ml eyedropper bottle should have a "pipette" if you will, that draws up 1ml. Just backfill a syringe with it once to see what you get.

Because theres nothing more simpler than putting 750mg of powder into 30ml of cheap vodka. Also, you can adjust your dose so simply with an eyedropper.
