When people not competign start talkign about taking something to lean out or whatever, they often forget that when they come off whatever that they may experience a rebound. For that reason I don't recommend doing a lot more than relying on a basic, consistent and long-term diet, training & cardio regimen. Because you are establishing a consistent "norm" or slow changes in diet & training to ease your body into a new "norm" over time. This will get you better, more predictable & maintainable results. If you rely on a cycle, then you come off, you may lose your results because you are now going back to a state of "non-cycle".
