could t3 be used anywhere in this cycle?

Three week phases:

Week one: clen
week two: clen and yohimburn
week three: trex-yohimburn

Why would you want to use T3?

Are you getting ready for a national level competition?

If not, then T3 is not a smart idea. In fact, it is a piss poor idea.

Combining 800 substances will not get you to your results any faster.

BTW, what ARE your goals and your current stas and routine (including diet)? Without knowing more info, nobody can fully help you.

Im just looking around at cycles (from this forum). Why wouldn't it be a good idea?

Well if you looking around i.e. plat searches you would see. T3 is a drug the increases thyroid production. Now what do you think happened when you come off it? Your natural t3 levels fall off. It is not recommended unless you are top level and have reached a low bf on your own i.e. under 14%. I have never tried t3 simply because I don't want to fuck with my thyroid. I have tried clen and it isn’t what it cracked up the sides suck. I had much better experience with ECA’s or yohimbie and a clean diet. The risk in taking T3 is a permant change to your natural t3 production is that something you want to mess with?

I like ECA too. Im having quite a nice result from UKR, I think Im addicted to the smell of YES, its wonderfull. I don't like clen much, I think it makes me hungry. But its nice to learn what can go with what and especially what sides come with it.

My context for "cycling" is in relation to competitions. There you are on a specific schedule of 12-16 weeks to look a certain way at a certain time of day on show day. That means you are looking to maintain a crazy low level of bodyfat for maybe 3 days max, then ease back into a normal diet. When people not competign start talkign about taking something to lean out or whatever, they often forget that when they come off whatever that they may experience a rebound. For that reason I don't recommend doing a lot more than relying on a basic, consistent and long-term diet, training & cardio regimen. Because you are establishing a consistent "norm" or slow changes in diet & training to ease your body into a new "norm" over time. This will get you better, more predictable & maintainable results. If you rely on a cycle, then you come off, you may lose your results because you are now going back to a state of "non-cycle".

Thyroid manipulation in particular is a dicey thing because each person has a different level of thyroid production - at the very least you shoudl have your thyroid levels checked to see where you stand. Then if you find you are above or below "normal", to choose to self-medicate is still a shot in the dark as far as what works for you. Its not like "more is better" - but rather optimizing whatever your natural production is. That's a science project in itself.

Sassy, You have a really good way of putting things in black and white.
I don't think that the buck stops with just T3. Other products can also have this rebound effect, though it maybe in a different kind of way. Like ECA for instance. When I use it, I get great results and have an easy time of manipulating a drop in calories. If used for too long the effects seem to dwindle so its time to come off. Then BAM, it hits you, eat, eat, eat thats all you want to do. It makes me feel like a food junkie. Gotta go cold turkey and get the first couple of days out of the way.
Also, for some people, they don't know that there will be a rebound effect, let alone forgetting about it.. for all sorts of stuff.
If you are aware of this in the begining you can be prepared to try to combat it. Not that its that easy.
